new neighbor

Aw man, I just got a new neighbor today. There go my noisy parties and loud music! Also one less parking spot. Pity...just when I was really enjoying living here without a neighbor next to and below me. Booo.

Why couldn't he have moved in during the winter to help keep the walls warm and lower my high electricity bills? Ha ha. Anyway I hope he does not turn out to be a weirdo or I'll soon be moving out. Then again I am a bit of a strange character...maybe he'll be the first to move right back out. :)
