sushi express...in Taiwan?

For 30-gen (around 1.10USD), the Taiwan currency, you can eat any plate of sushi you want here. It is a chain store for rotating sushi, though I must say, the sushi you will find there is unlike most sushi you will find in rotating sushi shops in Japan. For one thing, we don't have inari-sushi pockets (stuffed fried bean curd) topped with cashews in Japan...it's a bit weird for Japanese to see cashews paired with sushi! Also the miso soup here is a bit sweet, a stark contrast to plain Japanese salty miso soup.
In any case it is a funny experience to eat sushi in Taiwan after having eating 'bona fide' sushi in Japan for so long. Though I must say, Sushi Express is not bad...though it is not authentic, it is still tasty...just different. :)
