landing in Taipei, the business class way

I always told my mother, 'money is no big deal' to which she retorted, 'just wait until you travel, then you will know the difference!' Because all the economy class tickets to TPE (Taipei) were booked, we had go via business class. Boy, what a difference! We waited for the plane in the executive VIP lounge, fully loaded with deluxe massage chairs, magazines, newspapers, premium beer, wine, snacks, and more. Upon entry to the plane, champagne and orange juice was served, afterwards lunch was served on real silverware and porcelain plates (instead of plasticware)!
See the pics below of the scrumptious food - definitely not economy class! Then again, it comes at double the price of an economy class ticket! So in fact you are paying to be pampered. Everyone got a personal TV as well as plenty of leg room, one-time-use slippers, a fluffy pillow (better than the econ class kind), and blanket. There was even more room for luggage and carry-on bag storage.
