What a beautiful manhole from Shizuoka, courtesy of Jon and Kazuyo! I think he said it best, this country's fine tax dollars hard at work. Heh heh...well artistic manholes really brighten up my day - I hope it does the same for others! How lucky we are to have such gorgeous street art.
