watch out KFC, here I come!

Sorry for all you KFC fans out there, but I think I have come across a recipe which is as tasty, if not tastier! I stumbled upon the secret while looking for fried chicken recipes for Christmas Eve...what kind of Japanese Christmas would it be without fried chicken?! What's more, this recipe tastes amazing even when made with skinless dark meat. Now that is what I call the ultimate test.

Next time instead of buying KFC, why don't you try making it instead? It is not as hard as it looks and tastes leaps and bounds fresher!
