i just luv eating shoe cream!

Thanks a million to T. who brought these to class the other day. Cream puffs are called Chou Cream...it sounds like 'shoe cream.' Well, let me tell you, I cannot think of any better tasting shoe cream than this! This was made with real butter and the filling had real bits of vanilla bean, heavenly. I forgot about the cholesterol thing, just for the moment, enough time to enjoy this treat guiltlessly!!!

In Japan cream puffs are sold just about everywhere - even convenient stores. Some of the best kinds I have eaten have a harder shell and are at times topped with nuts, sugar, etc.
