G Clef cafe

It is always a delight to discover some new cafe. G clef, the latest, is such a rare treasure. The cafe is rather cozy, it is a house-turned cafe and resembles a log cabin inside.

A friendly retired couple owns and runs the place, serving homemade sweets and foods. I had the curry...not Japanese^style but rather spicy and tickled my tongue. Classical or jazz music plays overhead, casting a kind of peacefulness on the place.

Starbucks can be nice from time to time but it is worth paying more for such lovely cafes. The day when only Starbucks and big franchise companies extinguish the small cafes will be the day when I stop going out for coffee!
