sweet potato crackers

The ladies in my knitting club often bring unique snacks for everyone to munch on. Usually they bring some sort of rice crackers, however the other day Iwasaki-san brought sliced sweet potatoes baked/fried and coated in tons of sugar. It was nice and crispy but a wee on the sweet side, even for me! Do you know imo senbei?
