parfait magic at Astrolounge and NONcafe

So much for keeping my indulgence in moderation. I suppose going to cafes from time to time to satisfy one's sweet tooth is not such a bad thing after all? Parfaits are a tricky art - according to my friend Tammy, it has to be made so that the ice cream does not melt easily yet made so that it is still pleasing to the eye.
