pressure cooker!

With the aid of a good pressure cooker, even Hiro can make melt-in-your mouth juicy nikomi, Japanese simmered meat. Pressure cookers reduce the cooking time necessary, consequently saves one time and energy! Great for stews, simmered Japanese foods and even brown rice. A great investment - if you do not already own one, what are you waiting for?!

Caveat: steam from a pressure cooker is very dangerous - use with extreme caution.
