feast at KITA

After the afterparty at Bistro Gakuji Italian restaurant, Hiro and I were starving. We had not eaten a thing at our party, despite paying around 100 dollars. Go figure, ha ha. I hope that our guests ate and drank our share of food and drink!!!
Here we treated our wonderful friends to dinner - Mitsue and Nao were our backstage team, serving as our drivers, receptionists, package managers, and so on! As a result they missed much of the party.
We went to a new posh place named KITA located right behind NON-cafe in Ninomiya. It serves many Japanese foods made with organic or locally-grown produce. The quality speaks for itself and the taste, ummmm - scrumptioussss! Though a bit pricey, we enjoyed every moment.
Spicy shrimp (ebi-chili), fresh sashimi, great steak with special sauce, sushi...and more! Then topped off with a dessert plate: mango pudding, wedge of honeydew melon, and 5-flavor stratus-like ice cream (black sesame, peanut, vanilla, green tea...)
