Hiro's mother and sister are part of his direct nuclear family by using the honorific title of ’様’sama, it would give it an unnatural sense of distance. Again, hard to explain. Wedding programs in Japan include:
1) The bride and groom's new address and tel.
2) Thanks to all the guests
3) Special thanks to others (wedding planner, emcee, etc)
4) Profile (favorites, how they met, why they like each other)
5) Seating chart
6) (sometimes a menu)
