TSU-RU what?

This is tsuruna, otherwise known as New Zealand spinach. You can Google it but you might find that little information exists on it. I bought a bag of it for a mere 50cents in Fukuroda when we visited over the weekend. I made it blanched with sesame, stir-fried with garlic, in soup...very versatile - interchangable with plain 'ol spinach.
