Rich curry!

This is curry made by Hirotsugu. It is S&B brand's RICH curry - flavored with coffee extract and more to give it a deeper lingering taste. The color of this curry is significantly more caramelesque (is that even a word?!) in hue.

Curry here comes on a scale from 1 to 5...one being the sweetest and mildest curry, five being the spiciest. This one was more than 5.

If you come to Japan, I recommend picking up some packs of curry roux, hashed beef roux, and cream stew roux. You can have dinner on the table in less than 25 minutes!
