Taken together, the data suggest that exercise and physical activity may slow age-related declines in cognitive function, the reviewers conclude. Moreover, fitness training may improve some mental processes even more than moderate activity.
I could not agree more with this. Ever since I started doing aerobics, my mind has been more alert. As for my memory...it is still a bit shoddy, ha ha. Why don't you start some new exercise program and feel the difference?!
