Chinese food...

Looking for dinner ideas? The one on the left is Chinese MaPo tofu along with yellow pepper and eggplant. The one on the right is Nagasaki champon, various veggies stir-fried with shrimp and placed on a bed of crispy chow mein noodles.
They are both easy and take around 20 minutes or less to make.
- 400 g cotton tofu
- 300 g ground beef or pork1 clove garlic, crushed or diced
- Half a green onion, diced
- 10 - 15 ml Tobanjan (red spicy Chinese sauce)
- 30 ml Tenmenjan (brown gooey Chinese sauce)
- 250 ml Torigarasu soup (kind of a chicken broth...or bouillon cube)
- 15 ml starch mixed with 30 ml water
- Olive oil
- 15 ml soy sauce
- 15 ml cooking sake
- 5 - 10 ml sesame oil
- Vivian-style: frozen mixed veggies, eggplant, extra leeks, bell peppers
