rapini season is here!

Satoko gave me a ton of this stuff - 菜の花　which is rape blossom, a.k.a. rapini. It is really tasty! I really enjoyed it. It is a member of the broccoli family so I am sure it is jam-packed with antioxidants and more. :) She taught me how to oil steam it this way (she even sent me these pics by mail - what a sweetie she is) - it was really tasty!!! Garlic, salt, olive oil, chili pepper flakes...simple but delicious!
