Oak-leaf rice cake

My elementary school student, Hannah, is holding 柏もち、oak-leaf rice cake...the rice cake has bits of mugwort blended in, giving it a nice green hue.

Inside is salted sweet red bean paste...an interesting but surprisingly tasty combo. The oak leaf does not really impart any particular taste on the rice cake itself, but hmm...gives it a delicate fragrance?
