pretty please with a jellybean on top?

The all-you-can-eat dessert buffet...where you can rediscover the kid inside of you. This weekend I went to Papageno, an Italian buffet place in town which came highly recommend by others. There are not so many good buffet places to go to around Japan - partially because people don't want to overeat, partially because the quality isn't usually the best. Quality still prevails over quantity.

Result? Jellybeans are great - they are soooo chewy because they have been 'chilled on ice' making them super fun to nosh on. The chocolate bits were delightful and fruit sauces were sinfully sweet. The 'icing on the top' so to speak, was an Oreo cookie. Not a generic one, but a real Oreo cookie. Mmm.
