YUZU jam season

This is yuzu jam, given to me by my kind neighbor. She and her husband are so kind, not to be annoyed (or at least not show...) by our frequent bouts of shouting, laughter, and more. Ha ha. She made it herself - it is great on toast, in some yogurt, and so on.

YUZU is quite possible my #1 spice (?!) in Japan. So pungent, bursting of citrus power!
