Loco for locomoco!

This is the loco-moco, a dish made famous in Hawaii. Basically it is meatloaf in sauce, topped with an egg. Some people make it with Spam (eww...) but in Japan it is made with 'hamburger steak.' It tastes best with rice, oddly enough.

I wanted to make my hamburger steak into LocoMoco but shuddered at the thought of putting on some egg and more gravy...I have elevated cholesterol as it is!
