Dinner, again...

Before I forget, this was last Wednesday's dinner...one dish, the main dish was not featured because it looked so strange. To the right is shredded daikon red miso soup - to be frank, it was horrendous and I will never make it again. I had to push myself to finish the last drop in my bowl. The middle is blanched and dressing-ed string green beans. To the left is shredded tenderloin chicken, wakame seaweed salad topped with sesame sauce with daikon and carrots underneath.
