not French toast this time -_-

These are the crepes we made in class. They are incredibly easy to make, in fact...owed to a recipe which is flawless and churns out puuuurfect crepes each and every time!!!

Moe, the name of my student (get this: his mom named him after the champagne, Moet and Chandon) really enjoyed making crepes. Usually his grandmother and mom cook at home so he has few chances to experiment.

Topped off with ice cream, chocolate, fruit sauce and more...hmm class ended well. What an extremely reinforcing English lesson. In the past I used a textbook to teach Moe but he often found it boring and could not apply it to real life situations.
