It is official! We're really married now.

On November 22nd, 2006 we headed down to city hall to formally register our marriage! It felt a little bit strange because we already felt 'married' from our ceremony on 10/22.

It is said that 11/22 stands for １１・２２・いい・ふーふ・良い・夫婦, which is kind of a play on words, ultimately meaning, 'good couple.'

Well a sunny day and cooperative day is a great way to start out our new life together! For such an event, it called for a special meal...we ate at La Charente, a wonderful authentic French restaurant here in Tsukuba. Reservations must be (due to the limited # of tables!) made if you are planning to eat there around dinner time.
