Did you get my lame joke in the title? It is a play on words in Japanese.

This is あじ, Japanese horse mackerel and the first dish I cooked in our new place! It is perfect for grilling with salt or sashimi if it's fresh. I used the automatic fish grilling button to cook it up after generously lathering it with sea salt. Simple as 1, 2, 3!

We have an IH heating stove which somewhat concerns me. I was told that IH stoves emit some kind of EMG similar to that of microwaves. For the time being, I will use it without concern but if and when I become pregnant...I might consider some alternatives.
