Hydrophobic, biphasal drink?

This is the coolest drink I have had in ages! You know the Italian soda available at most franchise coffee shops? Well, this is heaps better than that!!! Granted it comes at a 650yen (around USD) ...but it is made with high-quality ingredients!

The bottom is pureed and sweetened raspberries...the top is Canada Dry club soda. The way I drank it? First I drank the soda water at the top until 1/2 of it was gone...finally I mixed it all up and enjoyed a very thick raspberry soda shake! YUMMMM...you can make this at home with strawberry or raspberry puree. Oh, and did I mention how anti-oxidant rich berries are?
