eggstatic for breakfast!

Which one looks more appetizing to you? The one to the left or the one to the right? At Hiro's mom's, we had a very Western breakfast...melted cheese and ham on toast and a 目玉卵, medamatamago, sunny-side up.

I garnished my egg with ketchup and Hiro used Bulldog sauce. It was a first for me, to see someone use such a unique condiment for eggs. Hideko-san taught me how to make many foods: Japanese style potato salad, sunomono octopus and seaweed salad, hamburger steak a la Yamada, and more. It was wonderful to get cooking lessons, and of course, all in Japanese! ^_~
