brownies in my *new* pan!

This is the most amazing stuff!!! My first experience with silicone baking pans was in Germany, using my auntie's pie pan. It was love at first use!!!

This kind of pan does not need to be greased before baking, on top of that, things bake up crispily...amazing. The silicone pan can also be used for cold things like jellos, mousses, and the like.

They used to be rather expensive, 'luxury' goods but now they are available almost anywhere. In the States they are easily bought online, in Japan I found one at a home goods, kitchenware shop.
