Pocky, pocky, pocky! What's in a stick?

When I was a child, I ate regular Pocky chocolate sticks, as pictured to the far left. They were a simple choco delight...now, a stark contrast from its roots, Pocky has evolved into a stick with more possibilities than one could imagine. ~_~

The second picture is mousse Pocky, a thicker airy biscuit stick covered with aerated chocolate. This particular mousse Pocky is purple potato-flavoured. The Pocky to the right is Pineapple cream Pocky...a thin stick (the original kind) with Pineapple flavored chocolate, freeze-dried bits of Pineapple in the chocolate giving the stick kind of a bumpy texture. It's so fun to eat!!!

Now there is Fran, imitation Pocky made by another company...it is equally, if not more tasty! Mmmmmmmm...all this Pocky, pretty soon my waist will be increasing in girth as the original Pocky did! Every few months a new flavour is out and as you can imagine, I'm one of the first people to run out to the nearest conbini (convenience store) to pick up a box! They are not usually sold at supermarkets because supermarkets products do not change nearly as quickly (seasonally) as they do at convenience stores.
