My friend Mayumi mailed to ask me to be the MC at her wedding. At first I thought it was a joke but hmm, April Fool's is not until next month. I returned her mail, mail I thought was intended for someone else. She mailed me back confirming that it was in fact for me...eeks!

I warned her that the MC-ing would be done in English, for the most part, and hammy Japanese. Her response? "Yeah, wouldn't that be so funny?" Umm, umm, umm. I still have mixed thoughts on this one...happy, scared, honored, ecstatic...
