shocked wine for you, my dear?

(AP Press) Hiroshi Tanaka, president of Innovative Design and Technology Inc, a Hamamatsu start-up company that transforms young wine into fine wine by electrolysis. Tanaka claims to have perfected a machine that transforms young wine into mellow, 20-year-old vintage fair, in seconds. He says wine producers have refused to have anything to do with him.

Oh to the horror of all fine wine connoiseurs out there. Wouldn't it be embarrassing if a reknown sommelier could not distinguish between a fine wine and electrolysis-treated wine? Oh, that will be the day...the end of the wine industry as we know it!
